Description

Churches! Churches! Very small rocks! (Things that float in water.. Do I make sense? No??) Another of my shots from Visby, this is one of many church/monastery ruins from medieval times. Unfortunately you can't walk right in so I had to take the picture from outside, through bars. Some of them are open to the public. When Peter and I (Lifeenjoyer here on Renderosity) go back there, (next week perhaps) we hope to take a new chunk of pictures. Great shot...this place is pretty well perserved....and oh yeah, MP and the Holy Grail...I believe wood floats in water, does it not? Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful shot of that ruins, the sky through the opening of former windows gives a great beauty to the whole shot, and btw, a great composition!

Fantastic image! I love the way you've captured the mood...and yeah, I thought the same thing auntiek said/wrote, but she beat me to it. But yeah, back to the shot, you've really done great work here in capturing the mood of the place and the whole presentation of this image is top notch! Great work!
