Description

It's very hard to say I've Failed at quit smoking. For the last month it's been awful. I hate sneaking a smoke, so I admit I was unsucessful. I must say, I'm in no mood to try Quit smoking again for awhile. :O( Ps- I had quit From April till Sept, then I started again. I was using Chanix pills and when I went off them, it was like I had never quit. PSS. Carol Moo I email you and it comes right back. I wrote you here. It's to your right and says site mail.

Well done image. So sorry to hear you didn't make it .. this time. It's very hard, I know.. but you will do it eventually. Personally though, I think cold turkey is the best.. You build your strength that way.
