Looks like one of those portraits from the 20's where a B&W photo was hand painted to be colour.

Wonderful!!! Yes this work dose seem as if its from another time. While she looks somewhat modern yet has a very victorian look and feel to her the overall look and feel of this work is that of the old world Renaissance Masters. http://www.ibiblio.org/wm/paint/auth/bellini/emo.jpg I would even do another and add the oil painting & Craquelure filters in photoshop to give it an even more antique look and feel, but what youve done is truely special as it is. Lovely work of art
