TRIBUTE TO TIZIANO TERZANI
Pendant des années, j´ai voyagé en Asie sans jamais voir un devin, numerologue, astrologue, quiromancier ou sorcier. Mes amis ( surtout les amies) m´ont sérieusement reproché. Quelle importance si tu crois ou pas, cela fait partie ! Juste for the fun !
Plus ou moins à la même époque j´ai lu le livre du journaliste italien TIZIANO TERZANI ( qu´est devenu un de mes idoles) « Un devin m´a dit ». Comme moi, il ne croit à rien, mais... En plus il a un sense de l´humour et de l´observation extraordinaires. Il vous fait un portrait des societés qu´il visite à travers leurs devins et leurs clients.
Dans le livre, il fait comme s´il croyait à une prophécie qu´un devin de Hong Kong lui a faite : « Quoi qu´il arrive, ne prenez pas l´avion en 1992 ». Il obéit, mais c´est un pretexte pour changer de vie... et s´amuser énormement. Je vous conseille tous ce livre, un des meilleurs que j´ai jamais lu.
Ce devin là était sur la foire de la Procession Fluviale. Il était devin, astrologue, numerologue, quiromancier, la totale. En plus il parlait un peu d´anglais, que je parie qu´aucun d´entre vous ne comprendrait un mot. Mais je suis parfaitement fluente en « anglais asiatic » et je finis comme traducteur pour des amis... de langue anglaise.
Il a pris ma date de naissance ( d´accord, assez spéciale en numerologie, 22/11) , fait des calculs, lu ma main, palpé mon crâne et il était sideré. « Jamais vu un karma comme le votre de toute ma vie. Merveilleux, the best, incroyable. Vous êtes trés avancée dans vos reencarnations, un être trés spécial. Vous allez vivre jusqu´à presque 100 ans ! Vous allez être riche ! Trés, trés riche, immensement riche et celébre ! Tout le monde entendra parler de vous ».
Bon, j´attends toujours la celebrité et- surtout- la richesse, même si elle n´est pas si énorme qu´il a prévu. Mais il était le devin le plus drôle et sympatique que je n´ai jamais rencontré. Je me suis rarement autant amusée !
I TRY IN ENGLISH, HARD THIS TIME !
During years, j´ai travelled in Asia without never seeing a fortune-teller, numerologist, astrologer, quiromancier or wizard. My friends (especially women) seriously reproached me . It´s not important if you believe or not, it´s part of travel ! Just for the fun!
About the same time I read the book of the Italian journalist TIZIANO TERZANI ( who become one of my idols) “A Fortune-Teller say me »
Like me, he dont believe in nothing, but… He has a extraordinaru sense of humour and observation. He makes a portrait of the regions he visit through their Fortune Tellers and their customers.
In the book, he makes like he believed in a profecy made by a Wizard od Hong Kong ; “In any case, no takes planes during 1992”. He agree, but it´s a pretext to change his life… and take fun. I recomend you all to read this book, one of bests I ever read.
This Fortune Teller was on the fair of the River Procession. He was, Fotune Teller, astrologer, numerologist, quiromancier, all you want. He is the only one who spoke a little of english, I bet nobody here cant understand a word. But I am perfectly flowing in “English asiatic” and I finish as translator for friends… of English language.
He took my date of birth (ok, very special in numerology, 22/11), made calculations, read my hand, palpated my cranium and he was struck. “Never see a karma like your in all my life !. Marvellous, the best, incredible ! You are trés advanced in your reencarnations, a very special person. You will live into almost 100 years! You will be rich! Much, to much rich, immensely rich and famous ! Everyone will intend to speak about you”.
Ok, I always wait the celebrity and especially richness, even if it is not so enormous he guarante me. But he was the most fun and nice Fortune Teller I ever see. It´s really great and fun !

Il a un visage bien sympathique en tous cas! Ce art m'a toujours fasciné, il ne m'a jamais été promis richesse ni succès, je me suis donc fait une raison!;-))) Mais par contre, longue vie... je te dirai ça dans 50 ans (rires!), quant à toi, tu as désormais tout ton temps pour nous enrichir avec tes splendides clichés et tes textes exquis!
