Description

And now for something not commonly seen in my gallery.... ************* Notes on Human Interstellar Society: #1: Mu Leonus System, Planet Nemaea There is an odd Nemaean obsession with the more aesthetically primitive elements of the Human interstellar legacy, a societal mania similar to the Old Era European Royalty fetish of New Mogadishu, or the stylized movements of Neo-Primordialism, and Tsarist Revival currently in vogue throughout the Rüskoy Societies of Pushkin, Lev, and Noviy Mir. Though the Nemaeans possess interstellar means on par with the rest of Human society, such state-of-the-art advancements are often disguised in the often intentionally graceless lines of their heavy cruisers, galliots, and long range exploration vessels. It is sheer folly, however, to be deceived by the anachronism of bulky rivets, and radiation-scarred hull plates common on nearly every Nemaean stellar ship. Such ungainly glamour is but a artfully-applied skin, disguising space frames and fold/jump technology that rivals (and often surpasses) anything constructed the Centralist Systems. ******** CREDITS: Planets/moons and Cubical Space Station Structure from Space Construction Set by Tony Hayes/Bogwoppet.
