Description

Been a busy day in the Roberts household. I have been in my gadrens cutting down tree mallows, three of them. I'm a bit tired now!!! Sun had his hat on, the day was so good in Bay. Shot taken a wee while ago. Thank you for looking and for all comments and favorites of yesterdays posting "Cygnet". Happy eventime and hugs. Diane.

How beautiful, rain drops, and sunshine and shadows!! I'm suprised too that you still have such wonderous blooms in your garden! I just have fall things left, and one die-hard lilly still pushing scraggly blooms out! Oh .. and the Hollyhock is still blooming. What is a Mallow tree? I have Mallow in my garden, a small patch from seeds gifted by the birds.

I thank you all for comments. @Mickuk50/ dear Mick, this lily is not highly perfumed, but it smells wonderfully fresh. The shot was taken a while ago, as I said in my notes. The lily is NOT blooming today in my garden. @three grrr/dear Rita. Tree mallows are leggy shrubs that can grow up to 12 feet high, they have numerous pale pink blooms and are unkillable!!!!! I used tree loppers to cut them down, phew!!!! LOL. More hugs. Diane
