Looks like one to me, grew up looking at HotRod and Car Craft magazine's and daydream'n about racing up US17 against anything from a skate brd to a VW, nothing was gonna out run me. Used to go to ThunderBolt Drag strip in Clay County every saturday just to see local street and bracket racers and a few "gasser's and fueler's ... Those were better days...Nice capture and detail is excellent.

Let's see I have "Golden Goose" B/MP from 1965 at Quaker City. Also, Moody & Jones C/ Gas Supercharged 62 and 64 National class winners as well as Street Eliminator in 1962. 11.7@ 119.04. painted gold. This info from "Gasser Wars" by Larry Davis, CarTech 2003. I got it at the discount book store. Jalopy no more.

My father once had a 1936 Ford Coupe - the three window variety. This one looks like it was a similar model. I never could understand why someone would want to do this to a classic car, but it's their $$$, so ... whatever. ;o) I hope they win/won a prize.
