Description

Here we have Nina (Syltermermaid @ Poserpros)wandering around the cloisters of an old priory and wondering, in this season of the year when things go bump in the night, what is afoot. Talking of things going bump in the night reminds me of time when I was doing security at a local clothing company which specialised in various items of ladies underwear. ( It always amazed me why they had a guy on duty trying to prevent theft when items were literally WORN out right in front of your eyes). However one particular night out on patrol in the wee small hours going along a rear corridor passing a stored machine when all of a sudden SCRAPE, SCRAPE. I instantly froze and listened. There it was again scrape, scrape. I was trying to figure out what and where it was. The sound came again but appeared to be below the machine. I slowly bent down and saw the rascal. Two beady eyes looked back. The wee mouse was enjoying the remains left in a discarded biscuit wrapper which was causing the sound as he ferreted about for the crumbs. Needless to say he did not hang around long!! It is usually this time of year when a lot of them come in out of the cold and the wet seeking food and shelter and end up in a trap for their pains. Working a lot at night people often say how can you do that especially when they think of ghosts but it is the living that scare me not the dead. Some of my colleagues asked one time I had seen the (obligatory) ghost and I said "Yes, I offered him a sandwich but he hadn't the stomach for it!!!" Prop is BRC Cloister from Daz, MFD from Daz with excelent velvet dress textures from Draagonstorm in free stuff. Please enjoy and many thanks for any comments or anecdotes you wish to leave.
