Description
I got this at Spainish Lake. It was not too super so I used a penicl drawing filther on it. I can play around with levels and transparantice on it I can do a million things with it but I keep it simple. Just play with it intill I like it about 30 minutes. Have not did this in a long time and it fun to do. I know there people out there that like to keep things pure but if you read A.Adam book on the print you see all the stuff he did in the dark room will out of site. And if you know photoshop it the same way at times to get good images.

This is a great shot, and good postwork. I love working in Photoshop and use it mostly with my photos, take a look at my gallery, and give me your opinion. I think using the filters in Photoshop is good for some photos, it all depends on the artist and what they want to portray, or how they present it. I love this, love the way you postworked it! Marvelous job, retains the quality of the sunset, hey, maybe even makes better! Love the colors, too, just a hint of rose through the darker clouds.

Another great sunset atmosphreric mood effect in this capture, but I don't see any evidence of the pencil drawing filter that you mentioned, Jock. Love those ominous looking clouds and the silhouetting.
