Description

Eve wandered out of her room overlooking the Castle Gardens, went down a rickety wooden staircase and followed a little path that led down to the sea. From here she could look out across the Straits of Serenity and see the cliffs beyond, and she could also just glimpse through the trees, the Dark Tower from whence she and Seth had recently come. And lo, there was Gor the Eagle carrying a coin from the Realm of Men, ("Why would that be?" Eve briefly wondered). She gazed up in wonder at the trees around and their foliage above her. The surroundings were indeed wondrous and for the first time in what seemed like ages (In fact since leaving Waterworld), Eve was truly happy! From the 'The Return'
