Description
this here is a portrait. i adore pictures that tell a story or seduce a thought but those idea-pictures are so demanding.
"i want this pose, i want that style, i have to have this item, i need this exact POV"
they can be like a selfish wife or a needy girlfriend and sometimes a dude doesn't feel like buying new stuff for the picture, rummaging through freestuff, slaving for the picture saying "yes ma'am, yes ma'am"
and so:
the portrait. free to do whatever pops in my (93% sober) head. not a wife, a one-night-stand.
Ball Joint Doll with the body pimped out in chrome.
Lola from Samildanach.
Sweater Set from Aioaoaioaoa i can't ever spell it.
Urban Sci-Fi from the mind of Steven (Stonemason)
lil bit of Vue, lil bit of Photoshop and some Poser.

Original and interesting - excellent work.

Good POV and a moody render. I generally make most of what I need. Usually I'll spend a lot of time on an object, only to obscure it within the final render process. That's because it's not the reason for the scene it's just an element for the image's overall feel. Seeing some of that in this picture, here. A tell tale sign of artistic intellegent life.

Eye catching craftmanship.

Both creepy and cool, but very well executed!

Excellent work as always and you are so right about the demandings...

as you look at the figure the face and torso seem blurrier then the rest of the of the body (namely the legs). from a strictly photographic stand point I would concentrate on the subject and keep that in focus. also keep that in mind with the shadows in the eyes.
aliensprog
Superb in all respects!!!

I know where your coming from, I usually spend two days on eyes alone. (Fussy b'stard that I am!) Again the lighting here is astounding, as is the reflections. Her material is an original idea, also like the realism achieved with the shorts..

"not a wife, a one night stand" Sooo true those words, each new image that means something to us a relationship, a love/hate thing unto itself...sometimes turning us off so much they end up in the "probably never to be finished WIP" folder, sometimes deserving of more than we can give at the time, placed into the "special" WIP folder, to be revisited when we can do them justice... Those one night stands in between can be wonderfully refreshing, but every so often, they too pull us into their web. ;P The DOF and chrome is very cool, btw, and I really like how her eyes are in shadows, all mysterious like. :D

Gha! I love this one, the POV is perfect and that dolls face is a great touch, top shelf work!
