Description

a few months back, my mom woke me up 6am complaining that there is a bat roosting on our front stoop. i was a little skeptical when she said that, but i went and had a look anyway and there was a bat on our front stoop. this is highly unusual behavior for bats, but i wasn't going to let someone go and kill the poor thing. i went and got a thick leather glove and carefully removed the now pissed off bat from the stoop and got him to a tree. it was quite adventurous since i had never handled a bat before, there had been several confirmations of bats with rabies in the area, and the little bugger was hissin, growlin, and trying to bite me. i don't know what ever came of this poor thing because the next morning he was gone. wherever it is i hope its alright.
