Description
G'day All!
Thought I'd go from the cute to the dangerous with this one. :)
This is a Red Bellied Black Snake & its bite can make someone very sick or kill a child if not seen too once bitten.
This was taken behind glass so it came out not as well as I wouldve liked but its worth showing you all :)
Thank you for viewing & your comments are always appreciated...
Take care

I like seeing this and believe I'd steer around one, if I saw it first. Thanks.

Better to be safe than sorry. Glad you're behind that glass case. This guy looks very scary and awaits his prey. Excellent capture. Aloha

I find the eye in this shot to be amazing. You can see so much in it. Yoru pov is wonderful and gives me a chance to see the head in detail as well as the body. This is a great shot of this thing considering you had glass to contend with.

Manchmal sollte man die Leute anbetteln sich die Großaufnahme anzusehen. Die wissen nicht was ihnen entgeht. Aufnahme ist grandios. Entschuldige, aber ich konnte die Aufnahme nicht bewerten. Sometimes one should the people panhandle to look at the close-up. These don't know what escapes to them. Full-size Views is magnificent. Excuse but I couldn't judge the photo.

How i hate snakes. People dont realise how common they are downunder and most are so poisonous. Couldnt begin to count how many i have come across at the farm. Be in the tens or hundreds. So thanks matie for the scare. Cool capture:)

Great capture! Glad for the glass. Wouldn't want you to get bit and drop your camera! :)

I'm guessing that the only effect of the glass is the green edge to the shadow, and that's no problem at all. He does seem to have an attitude. Here, black snakes are nonpoisonous and are considered good to have around, since they eat vermin. Well shot, I really like the detail in his head and the wood.

Ihear that red and black are usually warning colors in nature and it's best to keep away from such creatures.Good shot.
