Description

It's an unusual render for me, the first really FANTASTIC render I upload. The character is FORSAKEN for V4 by Kaleya (soon at RMP). The task of the Messenger needs no real explanation. I needed some fantasy cards and had none. I modelled a simple card in Hexagon and mapped it with four slightly different textures (I used some free PSP brushes by a-dozi). The cards falling from the hand of the Messenger mean that the game is over for the one receiving the warning... In the left hand, a scythe. I chose Arcebus'free scythe and applied some VUE mats to it. I wanted to make a render looking like the paintings (if you know him) by the Belgian painter Fernand Khnopff. His inspiration was a bit special just like this image. Grey shadows, pale skin tones and some mystery... The Suranian Priest outfit was just the best outfit I could find as well as the Lost Souls set of textures by Kaleya. Scene composed in POSER 7, rendered in VUE 6 Pro Studio and postworked in PSP 8.1. Thank you for your interest! :) Credits: V4.1; the Cloister (DAZ3D), scythe by Arcebus (RMP free stuff) and cards by myself.
