Description

A trio of F-16s on patrol at sunset. Had not churned out anything for a while so I threw this together. Created in MJW 3.1 Std. F-16 freebies I had laying around from 3D Cafe (will they EVER get the freebie section on-line again?!) Sheesh! T4V&C

Im assuming that the jet streams are Mojo Cylinders?! as they have specularity on them. To create a better loking jet straem you could have set the material to 0.5 max input in a flipped UV Curve...using white at the centre of the gradient with black at the start & end. Apply the same method to the transparency & you would have had a white trail with edges that bleed out softly...if you rotate the object for camera alignment. Nice colour palette used:)

Nice. Agree with martin about the flare. Were the fighters rendered in Mojo. The cockpit glass looks a bit strange in this environment.

LWO files imported after I tweaked them in Inspire 3D. The right wing was reversed (and drop tank and missiles and...) so I had to fix them in I3D Modeler first. The contrails were also LWO objects I created and imported into the scene in MJW. I noticed the canopy--not sure why is is not clear since I saved the LWO with a 99% transparency. The canopy is clear when I recreated the scene in I3D (I may post that version later this week after I get the documentation deliverable completed.
