Description

This is the second piece I've revisited. Wasn't happy with the other since it didn't quite tell the story. The main goal is to be able to produce a complete story within the scene, and also to work on the composition. Compared side by side with "Sea Change" I like this better, but I have a preference for crowded scenes. The thing that's bothering me is the background. I don't want to lose the open air breeze of the ocean-side, but the background seems too empty. Suggestions welcome and thanks for looking!

Fantastic and imaginative scene. A pleasure to see. Thanks for share it with us! Don't worry about the empty background. The front plane is so full of elements, so if you fill the background it could affect the clarity of the entire scene and don't let see everything in the right way. I think that is the right way, so we can see the ethereal butterflies against the blue sky
