Description
Another try at a curvy road.
Terrain work etc. is all based on a large (3500x5500) image-map prepared in CorelDraw (to control the curves and lines) and then finished in Photoshop (a lot of painting).
Most of the vegetation is with modified Vue VEG-plants.
Vue 5 Infinite render, GA with volumetric atmosphere.

the lighting is great. So if I understand you correctly, the ground plane is one big bitmap, including the leaves? Pretty cool idea, though you must have had a heck fo a time scaling it just right.

Great use of colors and a wide selection of plants help bring the image to life. The scale does seem off just a bit and you might try scuffing up the white lines a bit I think that would give it an amazing sense of realism. Either way Amazing render.

Maybe just lose the white lines? They're also a little too newly-painted looking. Hell of a lot better than I could do though. ;-)
