When tranquility shines its brightest, we feel that we are in a state of bliss. All is right with the world and we are free from the hurry and scurry of the world outside of ourselves. If I were to paint tranquility, I would blend the shades of blue and green since they are some of my favorite colors. I would fill my flowing forms of tranquility with star light and let them shine every so brightly. The most wonderful thing about tranquility is that we can bring it into our lives at any time. The secret to doing this is to give ourselves permission to let go of our static thoughts. Yes, we give ourselves permission. That is the secret and the magic of just being.
