Yesterday Jocko (for those that dont know, is my father in law) took me to my first artwalk! This is a shot of his display, or a part of it rather.I am posting this one because the artist himself was in it. I am lucky to get to see his work as it all unfolds but it was great to see it all come together into one great display. It was really fun watching the people come thru and asking him about his work.He got a ton of compliments and had alot of great conversation. Jocko at the artwalk, is surely Jocko in his element. They truly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was filled with art, wine,cheese,laughter, and surely a wide range of people. Later in the evening Jocko and I took a stroll down the street and we got to view the moon through a lavish microscope..that was awesome indeed! It was great, I cant wait for the next one. I plan to gather a few items of my own and display them for sure...I cant wait to see if I get any reactions. A wonderful learning experience for sure! Thanks Dad! I love you!
