Description

I guess you could call this a HDR image as the original RAW file was processed twice once for the sky and again for the foreground and the two images were combined in Photoshop. The slightly soft look of this wasn't intentional, I'd been shooting for about an hour and I hadn't realised that the filter (ND Grad, btw) had become coated in a fine covering of dew, lol. But I kinda like the result so thankfully my pictures weren't spoiled.! Thanks for taking look, this one is definately better at full size, btw - makes it look a bit sharper! - Andy -

Greetings Andrew, This is excellent! Consider the dew on the lens the touch of the Muse as it lends a special feel, like that of an old painting with a layer of age, emphasised by the over all tones of the photograph. I know you have stood at this place before though at a greater distance from the trees and I have to confess that there is something about this group of trees that has me also drawn to it like the druids of old.
