Way cool render! P-40s flew off US Navy carriers during Operation Torch in the Nov. 1942 invasion of Morocco. Land based fighters such as the Spitfire and P-47 also flew off of US carriers to land on airfields in Malta (Spits) and Saipan/Tinian (P-47s).
