Description
When I saw the picture of ArtPearl's cat named Stanley, I just had to show my own Stanley.
Mine, though, is a thoroughbred Moggy with the heart of a mouse; I've seen him jump at his own shadow. :-D
Nonetheless, he is a big, cuddly teddy-bear of a cat with a wonderful deep purr that is most relaxing. He is fourteen years old now but still plays like a kitten and his fur is so soft that it is like stroking air.
I can't help but love him to bits.
Sadly, he does not get on too well with my other remaining cat, Rufus, but as they get older, they are beginning to tolerate each other a little more. Hopefully, peace will reign eventually. :-)
I had meant to post this last week but, having only been barely conscious during the last week thanks to a combination of infections and the common flu, it's a little late.
Oh well. Better late than never. Enjoy

Hi...Normally I fall head over feet for these captured moments but as I keep looking at it and I always look into their eyes, they say and explain so much at the moment and always tell a story of past days, your's has a what-for(to me)appeal and like with our friend(sqweeker)I have asked/prayed/bartered/conned that they could talk as I am certain they have so much to say...Laugh if you must but our "child" talks to me and many moments I inside know what he is saying but I have a problem with what language he's speaking in...Have a good one and I for 1 look forward to seeing more of your friend....

I can see why you love your Stanley.

The best thing about Stanley was his gentle nature. he only became roused when his fellow companion started upon him. He always took a nice photo.......he can't hold the camera so well these days though. Have to say, it's the best one i've seen of him.... better than mine by far. ;-)
