Description
For fans of Northern Exposure, especially Diane aka rainbows and MrsLubner... I'm told this church did appear in an episode or two though by no means was it a frequent set for the show.
Roslyn was founded as a coal mining town in the 1880's, so the Immaculate Conception church built in 1887 is historically important to this region. ©2007, Windchime Photography.

A beautiful cpature, Laura!! This church is so lovely, would sure like to see some close ups of those windows if you have time... I so loved the series and wish we had it back :-) I rarely watch TV now but if there was a new series. I'd be there!! A gorgeous shot in you area, it is such a delightful place. The church looks protected by the buildings grouped around it. I really wish I could walk here with my camera. Superbe work. Hugs. Diane. xx

How nifty it sits so high above the town like that. The area is sure gorgeous. This is a beautifully constructed church with a proud presence. And I do remember a couple of scenes with a church in that series. I do with they would put it on reruns around here. Great show. And a thousands thanks for posting this!
