She looks 100 percent real...except for the eyes. Since you have everything else spot on, the eyes can't be far behind. The eyes themselves look real enough, I think it's the placement.

Excellent work. Love her expression, her eyes might be showing just a little too much of the whites?? No! I think I have it, there should be (I believe) a little white showing on the left side (inner) of her right eye? Hope that helps you out :-)
