This is a marvelous photo. From the incredibly blue sky, to the wonderful detail of rocks and pine trees, it's all great. It also made me think of the few notes of music that were repeated throughout the movie, Close Encounters, about the guy (Richard Dreyfus) who built a tower of mud in his living room to get in touch with aliens, and then went to the tower and met them!

This is a fantastic capture! The legend is that there was a bear who made the marks you see. Don't remember why, but I did pay attention to that much... (I was younger, and didn't care too much, at the time when I saw it.) Thank you for sharing this. It brings back some good memories. :o)
