Wow, that insect must have been pretty strong to have split this pomegranate in half! Splendid clarity, textures and lighting in this magnificent shot, Cecilia!

A beautiful image! This delightful pomegranate is mouth wateringly delectable! :) I love the capture of the little bug, right in the centre of attention! Looks as though he might be getting dibs on this wonderful fruit! I love the unusual colours...... the ones I've seen are usually red........ and yet this one is sooo ripe inside! Beautiful artwork!

Oh WOW! The split pomegranate is already spectacular and you ALSO captured an insect which adds a wonderful new element and a bit of nice symbolism. Great work!

No Way! If that little bug got on my pom, I would be taking a swat to it. Great capture Soffia but why is the fruit not picked when ripe? This puzzles me, here in England they command a good price, or is this a seed tree that is left? The photograph is wonderful and the little shield bug? is an added bonus, the colour is great just the same as mine that I have in the fridge, I will be down to one after today's lunch. Bravo!!!!!
