Description

This is actually a shot my son took. He was hanging over the side of Half Dome in Yosemite, taking a picture of the man you see. So guess he comes by it naturally, both his foto bug, and the tendency to lean over things to get the perfect shot!! Oh, and he'd hiked up the other side of Half Dome before this foto, of course!! And, when the man finally made it to the top, it turned out it was someone he knew!!

Very steep and the size of the climber gives a better perspective of the vast size of this place. great shot!

Would love to visit Yosemite ! I cant quite work out the perspective here, which makes this shot all the more intriguing, its almost like one of those Escher drawings.

Great angle and composition...your son has a great eye and apparently wonderful inhereited drives! Great work and a great post! I do LOVE the contrasts as well, especially with the shadow across the bottom. It adds an extra dimension to the already apparent depth. Great work!
