Description
bald eagles are the national symbol of the USA,they are a large bird and have a wingspan of 66-88 inches. it eats mainly fish but will take other meat. they build a nest around 13ft deep by 8ft wide and weighing 1.1 tonnes. quite impressive it has to be said, they are a threatened species and are now protected by the american government.
