Description
Dick Gaughan with his Martin Guitar tuning up between songs at the Wainuiomata Folk Festival. Dick with his powerful voice, blow away guitar ability and commanding presence means he has no need of any backing group. Coming with him is a deep heritage of protest songs and a Billy Connelly-like sense of humour. Between songs we were treated with stories and jokes from this gentle pugilist.

Definitely one of the best entertainers amongst singer/songwriters, ranking up to guys like Eric Bogle, Iain MacKintosh and the late Hamish Imlach. And a pretty good shot have you got there, too!
