Trinidad, Cuba. The title comes from a usage we have in Italy, at new year's eve if you want a good new year you have to wear something new etc., the picture seemed to fit ...

I can't believe how wonderfully this car has been taken care of and yet the streets look like a nightmare. What must the suspension on these cars be like??? LOL A really good shot!
