Elefanten Krabbelgruppe Außengehege für die afrikanischen Elefanten. Zum Schutz des einzigsten Baumes (Schattenspender) ist ein Zaun errichtet. Der Baum würde sonst so traurig wie der rechts im Bild aussehen. Der Zaun hat keine Öffnung. Aber jeder Babyelefant bekommt von seinen älteren Geschistern beigebracht, das man darunter durchkriechen kann. "Panya", die kleinste (links im Bild geb. 22.08.2007) traut sich noch nicht so richtig und ihre Mutter passt noch auf. "Kando" (geb. 20.05 2007) ist bereits durchgekrochen und wartet das "Kariba" (17.03.2006) ihm folgt. Aber Kariba hat schon arge Probleme und wird irgendwann mal stecken bleiben.
