Description

Tonight my thoughts goes out to a fellow artist here in renderosity, Kimariehere. her las upload showed the forest fire on the other side of the small valley. I don´t know how the fire´s spreading and how she is doing. I live in sweden wich is almost halfway around the world from Kimariehere, but the news told that they had evacueted 500 000 people.. I hope everything turns out allright, and that the damages only will be of the material kind. Picture taken in spain when I was down working there earlier this year.

Last I spoke with Kimmie, she had been up all night - very tired, but unable to sleep with all the wind and chaos. She worries for the firefighters out there .. amongst everything else; I've been thinking about her a lot. This is an awesome shot Benny. Very thoughtful dedication to our friend.

How sensitive of you to think of those in the fires path. I live in the north end of the state and we have our own trouble with wildfires every year but we've never been threatened as the people in southern California. We do have family there but we've gotten no word - they didn't speak to us anyway so why would this be different - but we do worry for their safety. I love this shot. Solid and bold. Very good!

An excellent shot of this rustic building full of character. I agree it is so thoughtful of you to think of those in California just now. All our thoughts and prayers must be with them right now to keep them safe.

Great image and thoughts of kimariehere. On her last upload was unable to leave a comment about the horrific fires.

Wonderful shot, this building seems to rise up out of the ground, created from the rocks that surround it. All our thoughts are with Kimmie. It worsens by the day over there!
