This is a gorgeous piece of art, beautifully tweaked. It's extremely vivid and lively and quite gorgeous. It also reminds me of the way people often describe Prague after a night of drinking Absinthe the wrong way--HA! Like there's a right way to drink that vile stuff! Anyway, great piece!

Oh dang - you mentioned that it was your window. I was going to be a show-off, but now nobody will believe I already knew! LOL! There's a sound effect that goes with this, and I can hear it perfectly.

try burning the top left shadows a bit, sort of balance the darkness of the picture. from the quality of the detail around the untwisted area, i'd say you probably used an unfortunate picture and "pimped" it out a bunch lol. great job on your pic!
