Description

Add sizzle to your Halloween renders. 9 hot, torched, flaming pumpkin backgrounds in hi-res 300 dpi jpeg format. Single, double, triple, and quadruple blazing pumpkins. Now available in Free Stuff. The blazing adventure: These backgrounds came from my pumpkin burning adventure ... and quite an adventure it was. My friend, Brent, and I set the carved pumpkins up in my garage, and he used white gas to set them ablaze. All was going well until Brent decided to pour a little more gas on one of the burning pumpkins. The flames shot up the stream of liquid gas, to the cup he was holding, which burst into flames. He jerked, spilled gas on his hand and arm, which also caught fire, along with the cement floor. It was quite an inferno. Fortunately we put out the fire quickly and he only got some singed hairs, but it gave us a major thrill. Aside from that, the pumpkin burning went well.:o) CC

Thank goodness your friend is okay, it could have turned into a disaster. What us artists do, just to get that perfect effect?? Makes my taking photos of floating bubbles yesterday look quite tame ;o)) As we can see the original idea of the burning pumpkins has turned out well.

A super idea to have the pumpkins burning but not so great to nearly have a disaster. I hope you remembered to get some shots while putting out the flames and I hope Brent's arm and hand has mended OK. This is quite impressive with the flames coming out of it.

npauling - LOL! Didn't get any shots of Brent on fire. We had an extinguisher and a blanket nearby and since it was only the gas burning and not anything else, it was easy to put out the flames with the blanket. CC

A fantastic work with this burning pumpkin! You are a real mistress of fire! I work and use your fabulous product called Ultimate Fire and I'm very happy with it! Almost all of my images have a fire or fire place integrated in the scenes! It's again a marvelous work!!!
