A the end of my studies I did a work about the symbolism of the 4 elements : ground/matter (sensation, feelings), water (sentiments), air(mind, thinking) and fire(intuition)
I did involve a lot about excalibur which is a fantastic symbolic structure (which form an archetype)
Excalibur or Escalibor would mean: "notch lasts". In the Celtic tradition, the sword of Arthur names Welsh Caledfwlch and Kaledvoulc'h into Breton, and/or Kaled foulch: " hard slicing ", who according to the legend was Caladbolg/Galatbrog: " hard lightning ", that of Nuadu king of the gods of Ireland, Tuatha Die Danann, of where the name from Caliborn is derived, then Escalibor and Excalibur
In symbolism, There is a sword (element AIR -> thinking) build with the help of fire (intuition) and soaked in water (sentiments) planted in a sandstone block (element GROUND/matter -> Sensation) which can only be withdrawn by a pure spirit/mind
The psychological implication is very important in the path of healing, I'll say it is the basis of the process of understanding of this healing path.
