Description

This is a first attempt at taking the 2d Wintermute logo and making it a 3d reality. This has required some revisit to the original logo, but concept is the same(a stylized logo with "W" and "M" as the focus) This model was created in Bryce 6.1 using "subtractive" booleans--a feature I didn't even know was there until Philip Drawbridge mentioned he was doing some modeling in Bryce. This particular model is more or less a "mock-up"--it looks good from certain angles, but is by no means a true model. I am currently working on a full one in Blender--which is my first real stab at 3d modeling. Modeling: Bryce 6.1, Blender 2.45 Render: Bryce 6.1 Postwork: Photoshop, Picas2
