Description

She sits upon her sunflower Listening to wishes Whispered on the wind Knowing every single wish Comes from a heart within She carries all the wishes Like tiny precious seeds To all the pretty flowers And even the ugly weeds For in her heart she knows All it takes to make love grow Is the magic of a wish in motion And a few sprinkles of love potion. Credits: Created in Photoshop CS, using photos of the fae and sunflower, painting techniques, and wings by Arki. Painted Sunflower background is in my Seasons of Eden-Autumn Collection pack. Years ago, on an anniversary, LJ gave me a tiny love fae figurine. I have always adored her. Though she now sits overlooking a little waterfall in my home, I thought she might look cute sitting atop this giant sunflower, doing what she does best --sprinkling love potion #9. Hope you enjoy. A super magical little fairy and the way you have her sitting here she looks so at home. I love your brushwork on the sunflower it is fabulous. Very imaginative and beautiful work.

A truly inspiring and artistic image. When I look at this little fairy and see her looking off into a distance, I see her looking into a world of opportunity and hopeful future. She seems lost at the moment, but her wide and beautiful eyes symbolize a lot of hope and oppeness. Your artwork I greatly respect and appreciate..... you are a great and talented artist.
