Description
I thought it is time for a change, and so this image is of my beloved Madelena again, being as she is the most photogenic of my 2 dogs. I hope you love this image as much as I do, and would love your comments.
She is a rare Bolognese dog, a member of the Bichon family of dogs. The breed have been around since the 11th and 12th century, as images of them were to be found in old tapestries and paintings of those times. They don't shed their coats and many people who have allergy to dogs, find that they can live with this breed, as they don't seem to cause allergic reactions. They are highly intelligent small dogs that have amazing powers of perception. They adore people and are extremely loyal to their owners, following them from room to room, and they are always happy, with waggy tails. They only do best as full mrmbers of the family.
