Resume experts say that what counts most is what one has been doing in the last 10 years.
In this case, my resume would be extremely poor since I have limited myself to keep on working on what I accumulated in the 50 previous years. I have been involved in the movie, television and theater business. You know- movies and television screenwriting; stage plays, documentary and feature films directing; movies and television editing, and other other things in the same fields or styles.
In other words, I have turned into a teacher who gives classes on aspects that supposedly stopped being important 10 years ago.
I am already 60 years old and had many things _ themes_ left for doing in the fields of movies and TV. That's why, I think that it´s a blessing to have found the possibility of expressing my worries throughout the CG grahics environments also. Actually, it wasnt long ago, less than 2 years, that I started exercising in Poser, cinema 4D, Vue, and I still continue learning every day a bit more.
Perhaps, most of you have already noticed that my visual universes are unforeseeable, exchangeable, capricious and somehow polemic. I am this way also. And that I can journey also from the most sublime thing to the ridiculous one in fractions of seconds.
Those who believe in astrology would say that it is because I am a Gemini; maybe, they´re right. But, I am more inclined to think that it is because of some screw that it is missing in my head, or to that the child inside of me keeps on fighting to turn into an adult person, someday. Who knows!
I am a Cuban citizen who resides in Colombia for the last 15 years. I do not dominate English language as well as I´d like to, so I apologize in advance if sometimes I do not manage to express correctly my ideas.
Thanks for having arrived up to my Homepage; I hope you´d enjoy a bit my works. Any constructive comment is always well received.

my fist thought was of the Red Violin movie, and that you were adding another tale to the violin's life. actually, a Cuban story would have been appropriate, considering Cuba's rich musical heritage. i'm not sure how to interpret the various imagery, but i love the feeling of indistinct edges, of floating, and of possibilities. and i love the ghostly red violin, though i think a bow would have been a good addition.

A very moving soliloquy of life so foreign to most people. Very eloquent and moving... a look into a darkness all it's own. Excellent! 10+ HuggerZ! Ariana

Like cobaltdream, I also am not sure if I can interpret the various elements correctly. The grain in the background, in strong contrast with the sharpness of the foreground, somehow gives the imaginary violin in the foreground a more real look. Like if the hard life partially vanishes with the sweetness of dreams and of music (also very well expressed by the man's expression) and these become more real than life itself. The one thing that puzzles me more in this image, and that partially invalidates my interpretation above, is the bike. Because it's also red, like the violin, it seems you wanted to draw a parallel. Is this part of the man's dreams? The bike doesn't seem to match with the sweetness of the violin, or rather, it's in contrast with it. But, on the other hand, the bike also has grain, so it seems to be a part of the background reality... The bike confuses me. Anyway, I do like the image and especially the foreground character pose and expression are really well made and convey the message perfectly.

oh, danilo, i have been eagerly awaiting for your new series, and it certainly looks like it was more than worth the wait ;D what i like most about your images is that they are parsimonious and yet rich in emotional detail...your use of light is really good (i especially like the light eminating from the violin) and the all the figures are well balanced within the scene. the use of red, the color of life and passion, against the grey (death, dreamstate) is very effective...respecting your wish to not make any social/political statements, i guess i should say little else :D
