My Own Deja Vu
Now I know why
I turn to the familiar,
the book
that brings me back to a summer evening,
the song
that makes me fourteen again,
the swirling scent of cedar
that opens a door
to a thousand yesterdays.
In our moments of coming home
we reach out,
strive to create
the same shades and sounds
that holds us
in a healing embrace.
Yet amid the remembrance
I have learned
to find the new place,
sit back
and carefully store it away,
a place to come back to
my own personal
deja vu.

Deja Vu? Did you have Deja Vu while looking at this house? Did you do this house before in a previous upload? I read the poem, nice, but I'm a little confused what the picture has to do with Deja Vu. I Believe in Phychic people, because I have experienced it many times in my life. I call it Deja Vu. It happens a handfull of times a year. as a kid, I went through it a lot and use to have migrain headaches afterwards. I don't get the headaches anymore, I've learned to shut it off. I sound crazy - lol, but I just wondered what you were trying to say here.
