My name is Skip and I'mĂ‚Â 61 years old.Ă‚Â I live with my wife and granddaughter in Maryland, USA very near the Maryland/Delaware border surrounded by farmland.Ă‚Â Beautiful and peaceful .. can't ask for more.Ă‚Â We have 3 Maine Coon cats (Jessie, Gordon &Ă‚Â Tia), 1 rescued catĂ‚Â (Artemis)Ă‚Â and a beautiful little Sheltie named Sassy. I've been interested in art and images for as long as I can remember.Ă‚Â The images, colors, the stories behind them have always fascinated me.Ă‚Â Of course I'm one of those people who can'tĂ‚Â draw a straight line with a ruler.Ă‚Â That has alwaysĂ‚Â frustrated me.Ă‚Â Then aboutĂ‚Â 10 years ago I came across an online group that made name tags usingĂ‚Â a program called Paint Shop Pro.Ă‚Â Using images by others I began to create tags and letters but that justĂ‚Â made me want to do my own images even more.Ă‚Â Then I came across Bryce and through Bryce I found PoserĂ‚Â and thenĂ‚Â Vue.Ă‚Â I was hooked.Ă‚Â For the first time I can actually make my own images.Ă‚Â The more I learn the more I realize I've only just scratched the surface of this wonderful world ofĂ‚Â art.Ă‚Â Finding Renderosity was amazing.Ă‚Â All these people creating art, providing ideas andĂ‚Â help and such amazing images!Ă‚Â AwesomeĂ‚Â images!Ă‚Â Hopefully I'm learning and myĂ‚Â art is getting better. AĂ‚Â whole new world is opening up and I love it.Ă‚Â Ă‚Â Ă‚Â
I'm a voracious reader.Ă‚Â I read every day any time I have a few minutes available. I read for fun and because I love strong character driven stories.Ă‚Â I read Science Fiction, Paranormal, Westerns, Fantasy, Romance, Mystery and pretty much everything in between.Ă‚Â About the only things I don't read are biographies, history, reality.Ă‚Â Reality is highly over rated and I much prefer fiction.Ă‚Â (*S*)
