Description

The title comes from the fact that these are one of the most beautiful fish to swim in the ocean, yet there beauty is a warning to others and if that warning is ignored they can land a painful sting to humans and deadly to many fish. I myself keep several lion fish, they are a wonderful fish to watch, so graceful as they move through the water. Many thanks for stopping in and having a look. Comments are always welcome.

Beautiful Capture! I have had a particular interest in these guys since seeing one of them in the Carribean. They are native to the Pacific and have only been seen in the Carribean for the last 3 years or so, with a whole range of theories as to how they got there. Here is a link with one of my pictures along with some discussions: http://wetpixel.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=19921
