Well this one took me even longer than the one with Amy's bubbles, so I do hope you think my time was worth it.
The other day Amy caught a spider and killed it, and she also was really interested in her new wind up mouse, then later that day took a keen interest in the pumpkin I had bought for my grandchildren, to celebrate Halloween. So I got to thinking that when we see and do things during a day, certain events can play a part in our dreams, and this is how I came up with the idea of this Halloween composition. Why shouldn't a kitten also have her dreams inflenced by the events in her day!!
Postwork was done in Photoshop, the ghosts are actually sweets, the spiders little toy plastic ones, the bat is a toy one. The moon a little ball which has gone through various filters to create a dreamlike moon. The kitten is my beloved Amy who is very real and adorable, and she just loves to purr and have fun!!!
