Description

Oh! How the millennia fade into each other, As time dances on with the silent steps of a thief. Life and death once played symphonies in harmony with each other As a choir of angels and demons sang my dirge. Am I now deaf to the sound, Or have they ceased to sing? Be my existence imperceptible to those who have created all? Or simply viewed with pure animosity? Bemoan me not For my only lamentation is that of the life of existence. An escape was once sought and had thought to have been found. Only to have deceived me and became my ultimate trap. And now I forever fall Unaware of even the existence of my landing place. As the sun sets with the death of each day Grow we any wiser than we had been under the sun of yesterday? Or does the mask of faux knowledge only shield our eyes more? To understand and see clearly with the eyes of wisdom be my only fantasy. To be acknowledged by love and meaning 'tis my only dream. Redemption a sought after future in an never ending existence of turmoil. Hopefully my image and my poem match eachother. ...I shot an angel into the air.... where she fell, I knew not where.... Sorry. Couldn't help myself. grin It is a marvelous image to go with a sensational poem. You are truly gifted!
