I've seen some undersea programs on TV showing kelp forests growing! They are amazing as they grow quite tall from the bottom of the sea to the surface! This looks like that, only much more beautiful! The octopus is a clever little beasty to grow this garden! It attracts many little fishies and such, which make lovely meals!
