Description

Yes, today we go for a regular checkup at the Dr. I really don't like to go. They make you feel like a kid with all the questions 'n' poking 'n' prodding. I'm a great believer in 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it.' However, many Dr.s I visit like to medicate everything. It's annoying, and I don't like taking meds for every little ache 'n' pain. Aw well, I'll be gone this morning, and I look forward to seeing all your posts later. Do you think I should wear my hair in pigtails? lol q-: UF. Edging 'n' sig done in PSP. Enjoy! Despite my many current travails, I've found a few minutes for commenting - and zooming. You'll know I invariably peep at the enlarged version. Depending on the generosity of the artist, it brings a picture alive. You can also spread the blank sides to eliminate any background distractions. What have we here, 46 views and 12 zooms (one of them being mine). I'm obviously in a minority, but I probably stop by fewer images than most people. Life - time- is full of a conflict of demands. Each moment gives priority whether we will or not. I could walk facing backwards but a lamp-post (or worse) would soon jar me into a more sensible approach. Am I meandering? Of course, but how can we view images if we don't rely on past experiences to give a balanced judgement? With this picture I search for a point of interest. We know where it is to be expected but the eyes are drawn to the surrounding highlights. Thus we have to search into different meanings and the past becomes less helpful. Is that bad?

Lovely image, Carol. I agree with Cliff: the center of attention is not the spiral itself but the highlights you put in. And I mean that that's a good thing! ^_~ Beautiful contrast between the darker background and the highlights and I love the colouring. So: well done!!
