Description

When bush fires sweep through forested areas, they often leave the burnt skeletal remains of the trees left behind, often with a snow-like covering of white ash... This image started in Expression 2 using scraperboard strokes, and then progressed to photoshop for blurring, painting, drawing and smudging! Hope you like it. :-)>

i love it, it has such beauty to it... the carmel cypress has a similiar beauty when it is dead, it looks like a petrified bonsai.

Hey Cam, this is sooo cool! I think I like everything about it, the gray border, the tree extending past beyond the red background, everything. I hope you made this large enough to print. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't mind having that on my wall!
