My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

AMAZING DETAIL & COLOR TOO :)

This is so beautiful. I saw someone using a solar reflector once to focus the sunlight back onto the face of a flower to balance the light. Never tried it, myself, yet.

This is delightful. Hallowe'en was sure fun, but what a delightful change this is! The colours and sunlight are a tonic in this lovely capture! Three cheers for the sneaks of the world with such noble motives!

Rosie, you are my posy, you are, my heart's bouquet, come out, into the moonlight... and that's about all I know of the song. I'll have to listen to more of the tune to hear the rest of the words. And, for the enlightenment of many: Bloomer, in British slang, is a foolish or stupid mistake. Also, bloomer is named after Amelia Jenks Bloomer (1818-1894); US social reformer and feminist, who advocated the costume, consisting of a short skirt and loose trousers gathered at the ankles, worn in the 1850's. That said, vivid colors, sharp clarity, textures and back lighting in this fantastic capture of the beautiful pink roses, my dear friend!
