I am a keen animal lover so most of my art does include animals. I was always to be found sketching or painting animals from a very young age, and so after work then marriage, and raising 3 children, then breeding and showing dogs in the UK and Europe plus my animal photography, I got back into art again but this time digitally.
Digital art for me began with photography, my son Steve Pinchbeck (predatron) loved it and introduced me to Renderosity, and in fact joined me16years ago (now2020). Gradually I moved into mixed medium, and photo-manipulation and eventually digital fine-art. I use Adobe PS CS4 extended, and hand paint using Wacom Intuos Pro tablet & pen.
I love realistic art and strive to achieve this when painting, because of this I use photos of animals when I paint, for reference. Many of my own photos are of cats and especially of dogs. I often visited zoos too for the wild animal photography, but also have a few cat and dog breeder friends who allow me to photograph their treasured animals. Many thanks to some friends also who are amazing photographers who allow me to use their wonderful photos of wild animals for reference.
My art features in many household items and also artworks in my Redbubble store. https://www.redbubble.com/people/JaneEden/shop?asc=u
I do love it here and have made friends with some wonderful people and amazing artists.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my gallery or my Renderosity store, I do so appreciate it.
I would like to thank everyone who has purchased products from me, I hope you are enjoying creating some wonderful art with them.
Best of wishes to everyone ! :D xx

I'm skipping around because I've missed so much of your gallery...Looking at this full-view, you've captured another complex view of a dog; and while it's a beautiful dog to begin with, the posture seems like it must've taken real patience to capture. She is looking almost at us, but not quite; she's attentive but also seems delightfully distracted; and her body, though at rest, seems like it could get up and walk away in a moment. That's intuitive animal photography! Nice contour to her body, the way you caught it fading into shadow; and you caught her coat with enough detail to let us see how layered her fur is, but with enough 'melding' to make us think it's one big mass of whites & grays, like a little ocean. It's really sensitive animal photography, it's both beautiful and shows real mastery of your art. A definite fav.
