The hair looks really good, actually looks drawn. But just a little too much detail on the face anomilies make that portion look like a xerox copy of a copy. I would've erased that detail and let the lines of her eyes, eyebrows, nose and mouth stand alone in a desaturated, blemish free and featureless face. But that's me and not you, and what you made was also very good, it definitely looks hand drawn!
